    Ms. Claudine Knight

    April 23, 1945 - January 10, 2016

    Mrs. Knight was born on April 23, 1945, the daughter of Clarence and Clorine Fletcher in Natchez, MS She was educated through the Natchez- Adams County School System. Claudine continued her education at Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church before joining New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully. Claudine enjoyed cookouts and spending time with her family. Claudine was preceded in death by her husband: Clyde Knight, Sr., her parents, siblings: Helen “Dorothy” White, Samuel Fletcher, and Clarence Fletcher, Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories: three sons: Tony Fletcher and wife Janice, Clyde Knight, Jr. and wife Linda, John Knight and wife Antoinette; five daughters: Cindy (Peter Knight) Bates, Patricia Everett, Lashanda Fletcher-Hobson and husband Darrell, Natasha Fletcher, Laura Bozeman and husband James; 25 grandchildren; two sisters: Mildred Thornburg, Minnie Baker, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
