    Mrs. Eddie Lea Conner Curtis

    November 5, 1939 - August 17, 2018

    Mrs. Curtis was born on November 5, 1939 in Natchez, the daughter of Edna Shaw Conner, Alex Conner and James Smith. She was a high school graduate and retired housekeeper. Eddie Lea was a member of St. James Baptist Church where she served on the mother’s board, usher board and as secretary of the church. She enjoyed gardening, watching television and spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Curtis, Jr., her parents; and grandparents: Leola and Richard Shaw. Survivors include: four sons: Riley Lonnell Conner, Richard Curtis III and wife Jackie, Robert Curtis and wife Ajure, Aaron Curtis and wife Tiffany; two daughters: Carolyn Good and Tiffany Conner and husband Brandon; sister: Viola Patricia Jackson and husband Larry; grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. .
